As the glorious weather continues we have been making the most of being able to eat al fresco with barbecues on the terrace.. Last nights star of the show was butterflied shoulder of lamb! Temperatures stayed above 20 degrees until 9pm and the midges remained hidden for the most part – total bliss, long may it continue!
